Reach out by phone, email, or via the website once your service time is confirmed.

Options Provided

We'll send you our catering brochure and booking form, outlining all menu options and packages suited to your gathering.

Step 03

Package Confirmed

Let us know your preferred package and estimated guest numbers. We'll take care of the rest.

Step 04

Hospitality Delivered

Our team arrives, sets up, and delivers the catering on the day - food, beverages, and full pack-down included.

Payment

Straightforward payment terms, confirmed before your function.

  • Full payment is due two (2) working days prior to your function date.
  • Payment by credit card only.
  • A weekend surcharge applies to functions held on Saturdays and Sundays.

Venue & Duration

Exclusive venue hire is for 1.5 hours and includes everything needed for a warm, considered gathering.

  • Grazing-style food presentation.
  • Dining tables, chairs and quality tableware.
  • Venue extensions available subject to availability — contact our Events Team for details.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's how cancellations are handled.

  • Cancellations made within four (4) working days of the scheduled function will incur the full function charge.
  • For any changes, please contact our Events Team as soon as possible so we can support you.
